Over the days that was Gulf War II, Sadam, Muhammad Said al-Sahhaf, Iraq's  head of the Ministry Of Information became known as "Baghdad Bob" head of "The Ministry Of Disinformation."   In what was a tense time, his interpretations of reality provided the world with laughter and comic relief.
