There is no doubt on this one.  Actress Claudia Christian, who played Commander Susan Ivanova, in Babylon 5, was in the October 1999 issue of Playboy Magazine.
She is the character "DeWinter" in a online interactive game called Earth and Beyond for Westwood Studios.
She is quite open on the subject.  On the CC List site FAQ page, she is quoted replying, "Every woman ought to have this opportunity.”
