Shak' Na Noodles and Potatoes

Dish Name :	Shak'Na Noodles and Potatoes
Ingredients:	egg noodles potatoes butter onion salt and pepper
Recipe Instructions :

Cook the noodles and potatoes (in separate pots) until they are done, but not over done or they get mushy!

Then melt the butter ( I usually use a whole stick ) and add the onion.

After the onion browns a little add the noodles and potatoes cook them until they are
golden brown.

Sprinkle with salt and pepper and
serve.

When I make it I usually use a little less than half a bag of noodles and about 4 or 5 potatoes
depending on the size. You can adjust it for how many people are eating. I usually have 3 and we all can have seconds using the amounts above.
