| The Legend Of The Rangers : To live and Die In Starlight |
| During
Earth Year 2260 Ranger Drakhen spent six months moving among the League
Worlds gathering information concerning the return of the Shadows. He
found that the Shadows had been encouraging many in the non-aligned
worlds to ally with them for fear of the Centauri, and these worlds were
now making war with each other in the belief that being allied with the
Shadows meant they could not be defeated. When the Minbari Grey Council
was informed of the worsening situation their response was, "The
problems of others are not our concern."
At great personal risk Drakhen decided to take his information to Ambassador Delenn. Attacked and badly hurt and with bounty hunters on his trail, Drakhen made it on to the Babylon 5 Station. As a result of Drakhen’s words, Delenn challenged and broke the power of the Grey Council. This event which ended Minbari isolationism also led to the Minbari Fleet challenging and turning back the Earth Force ships which had tried to enforce President Clark’s martial law orders on Babylon 5 |
