Biography

He served on the Enfalli with Captain Martell , Malcolm Bridges, and Sarah Cantrell. The Enfalli was Captained by Ranger David Martel who was seen to have broken the Ranger code when he ordered the withdrawal from battle to save the crew of his crippled vessel. For this he became notorious among some Rangers, especially Minbari.

Dulann helped David deal with the dust smugglers on a Minbari industrial complex. It was Dulann who the Ranger Council sent to get David to bring him to Rangers Headquarters where he received command of the Liandra. Dulann was First Officer on that vessel.  The Liandra crew included another Enfalli crewmember, Sarah Cantrell. The ship was thought to be haunted and cursed. The prior crew were all found dead on board. This has yet to be explained. 

Dulann is said to be "blessed with a certain vision."
