Nelier was one of the Rangers who remained in the Anla ‘Shok when
Jeffrey Sinclair became Entil ‘Zha. Nelier was the master in Ranger
training in the field of Delight. This included delight in all the
process of nature and in laughter. It also included instruction in the
many intricacies of Minbari ceremonies.
Rangers were taught that delight was expected in everything they did – in effort, in learning, and in accomplishment. |
